The Borg invasion has left the Federation reeling. Countless people have been killed or displaced by the wonton destruction, and now seek solace on planets that struggle just to feed their own. My guess is that the all the info Data pumped into B-4 finally woke up and took over the B-4 persona. B-4 now thinks he IS Data and everyone on the crew deceided not to tell him otherwise. They craftily put all of Data stuff and spot back in his quarters, deleted all references to data's death in the records and ordered all the crew, if asked, to say "Oh, sorry, my bad. He actually lived through that explosion that should have actually taken us out at such close range."

Just a guess. ;)

That's the second post-Nemesis mystery appearance of Data, after the cover of "Countdown."

Political tags-such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth-are never basic criteria.
The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire.
