By GustavoLeao / 01:17, 23 July 2008 / Star Trek: Nemesis

The next issue of Femme Fatales magazine features an exclusive interview with Star Trek Enterprise actress Jolene Blalock, in which she talks about her new DVD movie Starship Troopers 3 Marauder, and of course, Star Trek. Here are excerpts of the interview.

Asked about J.J. Abrams upcoming Star Trek movie, she said "I'm a little perturbed that William Shatner's not in it, but that's just me. If Leonard Nimoy is in it, shouldn't William Shatner be in it? But I haven't read the script. I'm just venting."

More from Blalock can be found here.

The full interview and exclusive eight-page photo feature will hit newsstands in the next issue of Femme Fatales in mid August.

It's return to prime time television can be attributed to a successful fan renewnal campaign last year. CHUCK is a one-hour, action-comedy series that follows Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi, "Less Than Perfect") -- a computer geek who is catapulted into a new career as the government's most vital secret agent. This upcoming season will include some special guest stars, including Brandon Routh of "Superman Returns" who will play CIA agent Daniel Shaw in an episode, and the addition of SUBWAY restaurant as a major advertiser to the show. Chuck averaged a 4.0/6 rating last season, about eight percent better than the recently cancelled "Trauma". Ratings-challenged Heroes moves back an hour when Chuck returns on Monday nights. STAR TREK VOYAGER's Robert Duncan McNeill serves Chuck as a supervising producer and director.0

That doesn't keep me from being quite positive that it's a bunch of crap. The childish, immature postings that have flooded this thread only serve to reinforce my position.

Did gossip about Trek alum ever warrant your antagonistic use of "Shatner-bater", for example?
