HeraldSun.com.au posted a new interview with actor Eric Bana, in which he talks briefly about the role of Nero, the Romulan villain from the upcoming Star Trek movie prequel. Here is an excerpt from the article.

According to the site, Bana described the role as a cameo. "It's just a great character, it's J.J. Abrams. It's a really well-written script, great part. Couldn't say no. I don't actually look at the size of parts ever."

The full interview can be found here.

I liked Ang Lee's Hulk, and so did the critics as I recall. I think the fan boys were tricked, though. They expected another forgettable super hero movie and got a real movie instead. Troy I hated, but it was a career move, and probably a good one. You left out Munich, I noticed, an impeccable script.

I remain impressed with his choices and his assessment of this script means something to me.

I liked him in it. Bana himself and O'Toole's single scene with Pitt were the only saving graces in it.

As for the rest, any and every great actor has at least one POS in their resume.

"We've been attacked by the intelligent, educated segment of our culture." ---Pastor Ray Mummert speaking of those who favor Darwinian Evolution over Intelligent Design.

"If this is your God, he's not very impressive. He has so many psychological problems; he's so insecure. He demands worship every seven days. He goes out and creates faulty Humans and then blames them for his own mistakes. He's a pretty poor excuse for a Supreme Being." ---Gene Roddenberry
