Trek Movie Report posted the transcript of Star Trek star Zachary Quinto appearance at Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. Here are few excerpts from the transcript.

Kimmel:
Leonard Nimoy's going to be in the new movie?

Quinto:
He will be involved in the new film.

Kimmel: Have you read the whole script?

Quinto:
I have, yeah. It's really impressive. I had to go there and be sequestered in an office, and there were probably cameras that I couldn't see... and I was monitored and then I had to give it back and sign -

Kimmel:
Do you think he [Nimoy] harbors any hostility towards you?

Quinto:
I don't think he harbors much hostility towards anyone, actually. He is a really incredible man. I have a lot of respect for him, getting to know him and seeing how his creativity has evolved over the years. He's a photographer, a poet, a director, an actor... he's really inspiring, so I don't think hostility is something he harbors much of.

And you can watch the entire interview at YouTube.

UrbanDaddy also posted a new interview with Quinto. In it he describes his favorite restaurants, movies, and the challenges of the Vulcan salute. Here is an excerpt.

UD: We heard you've been having some trouble mastering the Vulcan salute. How's that training going?

ZQ:
It's coming along just fine. It's certainly improved, especially on my left hand. I rubber-band my pinkie and my ring finger together and keep working on it that way.

The full interview is here.

It's return to prime time television can be attributed to a successful fan renewnal campaign last year. CHUCK is a one-hour, action-comedy series that follows Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi, "Less Than Perfect") -- a computer geek who is catapulted into a new career as the government's most vital secret agent. This upcoming season will include some special guest stars, including Brandon Routh of "Superman Returns" who will play CIA agent Daniel Shaw in an episode, and the addition of SUBWAY restaurant as a major advertiser to the show. Chuck averaged a 4.0/6 rating last season, about eight percent better than the recently cancelled "Trauma". Ratings-challenged Heroes moves back an hour when Chuck returns on Monday nights. STAR TREK VOYAGER's Robert Duncan McNeill serves Chuck as a supervising producer and director.0

"Involved" doesnt really tell you how big nimoys role is,
and nimoy himself has been hard to pin down on that.
yes, its probably much more then a cameo but i can understand why they dont want to confim that.
No Biggie.

Watched the interview. What a genuine, grounded, gracious guy. Since Nimoy seems to like him too and is taking him under his wing, then I'd say the character's in good hands.

Why did Quinto correct Kimmel on Nimoy? He's suddenly not in the film, just involved? That was odd.

Quinto was trying to be secretive ? But everybody know that Nimoy is in the film. Why did Quinto think he had to cover that fact up ?

I think he was downplaying Nimoy's part. Knowing Abrams, they're probably not supposed to talk much about the movie. Look at how far under the radar Cloverfield is so far.
