Well, I just finished Elite Force II over the weekend, I have been playing the crap out of it lately...and it is great!!!

So here's some personal high lights of the game that I really loved.

Starfleet Academy!!! Woah! Fantastic! Cool! Unexpected! I just wish it was bigger, and that you could do more things there. Maybe have some simulators to play in or something.

USS Dallas...this was a great experience. I actually got scared during certain points of the mission. I hadn't felt as jittery since I played Half-Life or Aliens Vs. Predator 2. Great stuff!!! I love the bridge. Great nostalgia!

Enterprise E missions were the high light of the game to me!!! I loved defending the ship from Alien invaders. I liked the Engine room...the corridor explosions, everything!!! Best part was the exterior of the ship, where you had to wear the gravity suit and take down the bad guys. Plus, you got to man a photon torpedo launcher and shoot down ships!!! Fantastic!!! I wish this mission was a multiplayer map or something. I love it! Best part of the game to me, only rivaled by Picard taking a rifle and getting in a fire fight on the bridge. That was awesome too!!!

I didn't much care for the ruin missions or the station/colony mission...or the romulan mission (although it was cool to have a romula tri-corder and gear).

But I loved the Klingon Station outpost thingy...the conversations there were very funny!!! Lots of homages to Star Wars!!! And you get to fight a nausican in one on one combat. That was pretty tough!

The end bosses were very hard! The final big worm monster was hell to beat! My gosh! I actually had to be on "god mode" in order to win. I don't see how anyone could beat him unless you cheat. Very hard! But cool graphics and everything, loved the lava splash effects!!!

To be honest though, I think the end boss on the Borg mission at the beginning of the game, was very tough! 2nd only to the worm.

Oh yeah and the ending video cut scene with Munroe and that hot alien chick was hilarious!!! MUNROE actually gets laid! Yep! I think they call it "cultural exchange" lol

Overall, great game!!! High light was the Enterprise-E and Starfleet Academy.

Story wise, I don't think it was good as Voyager: Elite Force. But this game was worth the money, and is a great treat for any Trek fan!!!

I was disapointed that you could no longer kill off your crew, like in the first game. First game, I used to kill Tuvok and Janeway all the time. I loved how everyone would just turn on you, and come after you.

By the way, I noticed the "ENTERPRISE" patch on the Enterprise E. I was like what the hell??? I wonder why that's there. Hmmm... Oh yeah, and while you're on the Enterprise-E, in the shuttle bay. It is awesome that you can actually open the bay doors...all three of them at once, and just soak in the view. Great stuff!!!

If they make an Elite Force: III hopefully they'll make the crew more interactive...maybe let you explore more areas of the ship, crew quarters, and such. Maybe even check out showers and bathroom toilets. :-)

JOKE OF THE CENTURY!!!

When asked how Gene Roddenberry would feel, about Berman's handling of Trek...since his death. Berman responded, "I think he'd be very pleased. I think he'd be proud of what we're doing."
