"The Xindi " (SPOILERS) | Report this post to moderator
By: Anjohl Tennan (Odo's file, contact) @ 17:55:42 on Sep 09, 2003

I don’t know how many of you saw my post yesterday in regards to my local FOX affiliate dropping Enterprise from its line up but things change in one day. I just got finished watching “The Xindi”!!! On vidiot.com there is a list of satellite feeds and on that list is a Canadian pre-feed of Star trek Enterprise. Lucky for me that I work at a TV station and I have access to c-band satellite dishes. Now keep in mind I am at work so I couldn’t pay as close attention to the show like I do at home. Here are some things I caught.

1. The theme song is the same, just remixed to add more percussion to make it more upbeat.
2. The Xindi council looks cool. The Xindi-Insects and Xindi-aquas look great. Their dialog is subtitled.
3. The seeds of conflict between Malcolm and the MACO are sown in this episode.
4. I missed the Trip/T’Pol thing at the end but I do know that Trip was having problems sleeping and T’Pol was going to help him with some Vulcan therapy stuff.
5. The dream sequence with Trip’s sister was pretty cool.
6. The MACO could be awesome if used right. One MACO guy deals with a sniper in a way I’ve not seen on Star Trek, at least not by a “good guy” character.

If there are any misspellings in this sorry I had to hurry and do my work.
