First Contact was the best TNG movie. Insurrection was terrible and Nemesis was only mediocre. Nemesis needed a better villain, better soundtrack, and it needed to make a little more sense. It also seemed to be copying TWOK.

I cringe when I think what a mixed-cast Trek movie would be like. How could people want that? Who knows if there would be any chemistry between these people. It would probably end up being ghastly.

In my worst nightmares a mixed-cast movie would star: Neelix, Wesley Crusher, Janeway, Kess, Paris, Dax and a host of bit players like Gul Dukot (sp?) and some Bajoran spiritualists.

The best bet for Paramount is a TNG movie. Nemesis is enjoying success on DVD and Pay-Per-View. The fact is that Insurrection jaded Trek movie-goers and they didn't go see Nemesis. Perhaps those that rent the dvd will go back to the theatres for the next one.

A Voyager movie? No way. An ENT movie? It's too early for that. A mixed-cast movie? No way.

Another TNG movie please!
