Looks like a strech limo version of the 1701E
By DavidDownUnder

You know when they take a Hummer, stretch it w-a-y out and then trick it up a bit for added Vegas-bling? This is what the NX91001 reminds me of, but with the 1701E (which along with the original NX01 is my fave) as the basis of the carriagework.

While there's plenty of technobabble about what's under the 91001's skin, from the outside there's nothing 'NX' (new experimental design) about this, unlike Archer's NX-01 or Sulu's NX-2000 (which I think later became the NCC-2000?).

But there's one thing the ship would be good for, and that is being a travelling "Starfleet Academy in space" – they could pack it to the gills with every possible stereotype of late teen and twentysomething, equip it with a gym, bar, bowling alley and spa/sauna, then christen it the NCC-90210 and Paramount's got themselves the next Star Trek TV franchise!
