Well Patti, I hate to say this but you have already demonstrated in the past that you don't do your research. For the most part, all the TOS character's ages were the same as the actors who played them for the most part. We can also assume that Star Trek XI takes place a few years before "Where No Man Has Gone Before". Below I have listed how old the cast was in 1965 when that second pilot was filmed, whether they were in the episode or not:

William Shatner (Kirk) - 34
Leonard Nimoy (Spock) - 34
DeForest Kelly (McCoy) - 43
James Doohan (Scotty) - 45
George Takei (Sulu) - 28
Nichelle Nichols (Uhura) - 33
Walter Koenig (Chekov) - 29*

* We can assume that based on Kirk's line in Generations, "No... you were younger" that the character of Chekov may have been much younger than Koenig, who played him. Anton Yelchin's casting in the role all but confirms this.
