The finest Star Trek movie of them all

That poster is horrid, but what a treat the prolouge would have been. While I agree with the decision to cut it out of the American release (as it really isn't necessary), it would have been a cool feature on the DVD release.

This is the first I've ever heard of this actually (which is strange considering this is my favorite Trek film). You learn something new every day. ;)

TVH remains the most successful--creatively and financially--of all ten movies for a very simple reason: it's great filmaking. Period.

This might sound weird, but TVH (and episodes like City and Duet) makes me proud to be a fan. I always point to it anytime somebody ranks out Trek (and nine times out of a ten, the'll concede "yeah, that one was really good").
