Summer debut: schedule?
By Josiah Rowe

So they want to debut the second season this summer? Well, that's great for the fans (I hear that the first season finale is quite a cliffhanger).

SciFi's Schedulebot has the penultimate episode of S1 debuting on 25 March. In April, it continues to list BSG on Friday nights, but without episode titles. I think it's safe to assume that the finale will debut on April 1 (they've got a BSG marathon that evening, probably repeating the last several episodes of the season). Now, the schedulebot has BSG continuing after the 1st, but schedules are subject to change (especially that far out). Personally, I'm hoping that after "Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part 2", SciFi will start showing the new Doctor Who (which, like BSG Season One, is 13 episodes). But there's still no confirmation on SciFi buying Doctor Who, and I worry that they'll decide they can't afford both BSG and Who. :(

Anyway, either Doctor Who or a repeat of the first season of BSG would give them a 13-week interregnum between the 1st and 2nd seasons of BSG. 13 weeks on from April 1 takes us to July 8 for a possible S2 debut. Is that feasible?
