Not only is this a generic movie poster of sorts, it doesn't even look like a Star Trek poster. The crew isn't wearing their uniforms, nor is the Enterprise anywhere to be seen. Is JJ scared of Star Trek?

Can't wait for a better poster with a tagline with it too boot.

Wow, this poster is really terrible. I'm not a J.J. hater by an means (really enjoyed ST09, really am looking for to STiD..), but this is one of the most generic posters I've ever seen. At least Nemesis had some kind of atmosphere (as corny as the dark figure cloaked in greenish smoke was, it at least gave off an ominous vibe of sorts), this one is just pure generic action poster fair. The teaser poster was about 1000x times better.
