with what I've seen so far is that it looks like there are too many retreads from the prior film. For example...

Kirk again "breaks the rules" and is punished, only to find a way back into the action (shades of the Kobiyashi Maru sequence);

Spock is once again a hardcase who always seems to go by the book, even at the expense of hurting his friends;

Looks to me like the characters haven't really changed since the last film, if anything they start out regressing somewhat. Seems somewhat pointless to me that we ended the 2009 film with everybody in place and Kirk maturing only to now have it pulled out from under us so that we need to get back there by the end of the film again.

... for it to make its first appearance? Not showing on the Apple site or official movie site?

Also I'm expecting another poster and a proper website in the very near future... hope they're working on it!

Looking awesome - more of a trailer than the original teasers but still a bit short and doesn't give a synopsis of the plot.
