As reported last month, J.J. Abrams' much-anticipated Star Trek Into Darkness is going to be showing off nine minutes of footage at select IMAX 3D presentations of The Hobbit. Today, Paramount Pictures has released a full list of locations and you can check it out by clicking here.
“Our longtime partners J.J. Abrams, Bryan Burk and the Bad Robot team
have really hit it out of the park – the footage is absolutely
incredible," said Greg Foster, Chairman and President, IMAX Filmed
Entertainment. “Their use of the IMAX Camera and canvas is sure to
impress current and future Star Trek fans alike, and we’re thrilled to
once again work with our friends at Paramount Pictures to offer this
extended ‘first look’ at this highly anticipated summer blockbuster.”
And fter posting the announcement trailer this morning, the official site
for Star Trek Into Darkness has just posted the following
announcement:
"Come back to watch the exclusive teaser on December 17"
Again, we reemeber you that the
full exclusive trailer for "Star Trek Into Darkness" is to
premiere with non-IMAX showings of "The Hobbit", beginning on December
14th, and now this trailer will be on the web beginning December 17th.
