The Simon and Schuster digital catalogue has been updated with
the brief non-spoiler synopsis for author David R. George III's DS9 20th Anniversary novel, Revelations and Dust, part of, The Fall, the TNG and DS9 crossover novel series:

The Federation is rocked to its core as the Typhon Pact is suspected of being behind a barbarous act that shatters the fragile peace of the Alpha Quadrant. An original Star Trek novel, this is part of a five-book story arc that takes place over a sixty-day period, but it’s not necessary to read each novel in order to follow the storyline, which involves all aspects of The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine universes.

Interesting but a little sad | Report this post to moderator

I'll be looking forward to these books. The Typhon Pact series has been largely rewarding reading. Though many might find it a little alarming that DS9 has been destroyed completely. Which makes an anniversary book series both interesting and a little sad. The books of late have been very brave about turning things on ears. I'll give them that. The latest Voyager book was quite clever if a little mind-bending (Eternal Tide). I didn't care for the way it ended, but the build-up had me quite invested and enthralled. The latest Titan book was a really good read too.
