Features

By GustavoLeao / 08:58, 4 June 2012 / Star Trek: Nemesis

According to ComicBook.com, a Star Trek XII spoiler went unnoticed during the 2012 MTV Movie Awards.  During a parody video about archery coach Lester Boonshaft, Star Trek XII director J.J. Abrams appeared. On the computer screen behind him, there is an image of someone with a mask covering his face.

According to MTV, the image is actually a first look at a new character from the upcoming Star Trek XII movie. This character did not appear in the previous Star Trek film from J.J. Abrams.

You can watch the video at MTV

the most important rule in ST- | Report this post to moderator

This timeline is a branch of the original timeline. A branch. You must not change everything because is funny o because you can.It must be a logical relationship cause effect. You can't say: Cause: Vulcan is detroyed by Nero. Effect: Klingons are now vegetarians and pacifists, or perverses masked men. Why? No sense. And you can't change previous canon: Eugenics wars, Khan's bio or Archer's era.
Or from Vulcan destruction does not logic already matter in this universe?
A minimum logic chain cause effect in ST is the most important thing.

I saw it, just thought JJ was F'ing with us by having an image up from Trek `09. If that's a new character image, then that's just a douchey thing to do.
