TrekMovie.com just posted the first behind the scenes video from the Star Trek XII set at Sony Studios, made by Simon Pegg and featuring Karl Urban, which is actually b-day message to comic book 2000 AD. According to TrekMovie, Pegg seems to be wearing a gray uniform but it is hard to tell.

I don't know, but somehow Karl Urban looks so thin or ill. But it may as well be the quality of the picture.

I love fanboy speculation based on very little. Scotty's "gray costume" could be nothing but civilian attire or something... I find it very unlikely that they will change his costume with Karl is clearly wearing the TOS costume.
