Riddick, the third film in David Twohy's series about the titular anti-hero, has found its female lead. Deadline reports that Katee Sackhoff has signed on for the part of Dahl, a Nordic mercenary on Riddick's tail.

The plot finds Riddick (Vin Diesel) betrayed by his own kind and left for dead on a desolate planet where he fights for survival against alien predators and becomes more powerful and dangerous than ever before. Soon bounty hunters from throughout the galaxy descend on Riddick only to find themselves pawns in his greater scheme for revenge. With his enemies right where he wants them, Riddick unleashes a vicious attack of vengeance before returning to his home planet of Furya to save it from destruction.

Sackhoff is best known for her role on "Battlestar Galactica" and is also set to star in the upcoming Sexy Evil Genius.

Ok... "Pitch Black" was decent enough. I liked "Chronicles of Riddick" when I saw it at the theater (hasn't really held up for me over the years). But another one? I don't know. The preview will have to really impress the hell out of me.
