According to DVD Times, on 7th July Anchor Bay will release the DVD premiere of the award winning Jerome Bixby's Man From Earth which is based on the screenplay by the legendary sci-fi writer Jerome Bixby, who also wrote the Star Trek episodes "Mirror Mirror", "By Any Other Name", "Day of The Dove" and "Requiem for Methuselah". The first of these garnered him a Hugo Award nomination.
The movie stars Star Trek Enterprise actor John Billingsley and Star Trek The Next Generation guest actor Tony Todd.
Extras include: Audio Commentary with Producer/Director Richard Schenkman and actor John Billingsley, Audio Commentary with Exec Producer Emerson Bixby and author and sci-fi scholar Gary Westfahl, four behind the scenes featurettes: 'From Script to Screen', 'Star Trek: Jerome Bixby's Legacy', 'On The Set', 'The Story of the Story'.
