TV Guide Looking to Bring Space, the Final Frontier to Fans' Rooms for STAR TREK Make Over

Get a FREE room makeover inspired by the TV show STAR TREK!

Have you ever wished that your home looked just like the set of STAR TREK?

The TV Guide Channel is looking for television fanatics who want to appear on a new home makeover show called, "Ready, Set, Change". Potential candidates must be willing to appear on television and have two rooms of their home transformed into spaces inspired by the popular TV show, STAR TREK. Outdoor spaces and patios are also eligible!

If you or someone you know is obsessed with this classic TV show, contact us immediately. All potential makeover candidates must live in the greater Los Angeles area. No farther than 35 miles from the 90028 zip code. We are looking for singles, couples or families who are
outgoing and energetic, who would enjoy the experience of being on television and having "Ready, Set, Change" transform their home into an amazing STAR TREK space.

I dont think they have ever shown a toiler on any of the Starfleet ships or DS9.

Hey, that guy from Trekkies 1 and 2 (Gabe Koerner I think?) who posts here once in a while should do it! Now that would be worth watching! He lives in LA too, I think.

if this would be open to a fan who still lives at his parents house? Either could get your basement made up, or if you live above the garage, perhaps you could get that room made up and the garage doors to open like the shuttle bay!

This is the second time this is being tried though, about four years ago on Monster House, 1st season, they put the word out to do a Star Trek house-- that fell through as the fatigue started to set in.

I sure as heck wouldn't be, considering that 1) I've yet to own a home and 2) the contest is only open to the LA Area! Seriously, why would a national "network" announce a contest that's only open to one market!? Gaah!!
