TV Guide published the first photo of ROBOCOP and BUCKAROO BANZAI star Peter Weller in the upcoming STAR TREK ENTERPRISE episode "Demons".

Weller plays "John Frederick Paxton," a charismatic leader who is opposed to the forming of the Federation. He is also a student of history and is taking his lessons from 21st Century despotic leader Colonel Green (the character is seen on a monitor, but the part has not yet been cast). Weller played the lead in the short-lived sci-fi series ODYSSEY 5, created by Manny Coto.

"Terrible things have happened since humans started interacting with aliens, from attacks on Earth to cultural corruption. This reactionary group will play into the fears of the people. It's big." Brannon Braga told TV Guide "It's what STAR TREK is all about."

The photo features 'Paxton', "T'Pol' and 'Tucker' looking at a child - according to previous spoilers, an infant with pointed ears and a name tag reading 'Tucker'.

I have to say I am looking forward to "Demons". The factor that they are going to apply a character (Colonel Green) that has only a hint of history within the Star Trek universe is appealing to me.

This should be good....

Star Trek is about terrible things happening to humanity, cultural corruption, really.
Braga you're more of a f*** than I thought before.
I think we need to kidnap this f***, tie him down & force him to watch Star Trek so he can actually get a clue.
