In an attempt to communicate with Starfleet, The Doctor is transmitted
thousands of light years to an experimental prototype Starfleet vessel
overrun by Romulans on Star Trek: Voyager airing Wednesday, January 21
at 7:00pm CT/MT, 8:00pm ET/PT on UPN.
Guest Stars:
Shuttle Count: unknown
Notes:
- Voyager discovers a subspace relay network that allows
them to detect a Starfleet vessel in the distant Alpha Quadrant. They
cannot make contact, but realize that the Doctor's Holo-Emitter can be
transported through. The Doctor beams over to find himself on the USS Prometheus, a vessel that looks like a cross between
the Voyager (pointy forward section) and the Stargazer (four nacelles). He must work with that ship's
Emergency Medical Hologram (who is a version 2 model, but is still in beta
testing) to save the Prometheus.
- TV Guide Description:
An alien relay station enables Voyager to contact the
Prometheus, a Federation ship, but when the Doctor is
transmitted aboard, he finds the crew has been killed and the ship taken
over by Romulans.
