- Michael Ansara also played the Klingon "Kang" in "Blood

- Tavnian children are raised by the parent of their gender: Boys are
raised by their fathers, and girls are raised by their mothers. The
children are not even made aware of the other gender until they are
16 years old.
- Jake is still thinking of going to the Pennington Academy in New Zealand
on Earth.
- Kasidy, Ben, and Jake were planning on going to the Bajoran Outback, but
JAke decided not to go because he was concentrating on his story.
- Kestra, Lwaxana Troi's first daughter, was six years old when she died.
