Notes:
- Seyetik used protomatter, which was also used (illegally) in
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan in the Genesis device.
Protomatter is very unstable.
- This is the fourth anniversary of the Battle of Wolf 359 from TNG's
"The Best of Both Worlds, Part II". This messes up the "1000 stardates
equals one year" rule previously established in TNG.
